Dear Chapa Elementary Community,
As the school year comes to a close, I want to wish all of our wonderful students and their families a fantastic summer break! It's been a truly rewarding year, and I've so enjoyed seeing each of you grow and shine.
Summer is a special time for recharging and creating lasting memories. While you're enjoying your time off, remember to take care of yourselves – both your minds and your hearts. It's important to keep those brains active and engaged, even when we're not in the classroom. Reading is a fantastic way to explore new worlds, learn new things, and keep your imagination strong. Don't forget that our local public libraries are amazing resources filled with free books and exciting summer programs for all ages!
More importantly, this is a great opportunity to connect with family and friends, try new hobbies, and spend time doing things that bring you joy. Remember, if you ever feel overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to, please know that support is always available. Reach out to a trusted adult, family member, or local community support services if you need to. Taking care of your emotional well-being is just as important as having fun.
I wish you all a summer filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun. I'm already looking forward to welcoming everyone back in August, refreshed and ready for another successful school year!
